We have incorporated LUXEON or CREE LEDs, along with engineered circuitry, to provide brightness along with long run times. For versatility, the lanterns are multi-functional, providing area lighting or converting to directional lighting as needed. The flashlights are very bright, projecting 160 or 210 lumens in a focused square beam for maximum distance illumination, or converting to an area-encompassing flood by a simple rotation of the knurled head.
