good for a whileAug 26, 2010 When I first got this cam it worked fantastic! But in less than 3 months time the digital display went south and then it began missing photo opportunities until it quit taking pictures altogether. I am out nearly $200 and no one wants to make good on this piece of junk.

WALJul 14, 2010 This review does not apply to this product directly, but MOULTRIE in general. I purchased a MOULTRIE game camera that was non-operational out of the box. I contacted MOUTRIE after a 50 minute wait time. They sent a RA to return the camera. Instead of replacing the camera they insisted on reparing it even though it was just purchased and never used. The quoted repair time was 3-4 weeks. I did receive an email stating it was repaired and in shipping. That was 8 days ago. I have tried to contact MOULTRIE by email several times to find out why it has not shipped. There was no reply to the emails. I tried by phone 4 or 5 times, but everytime there was a 45-60 minute wait time. Either they do not have the personnel to handle their product or there product have a very poor reliability. Either way, the customer suffers. Sorry I even bought the thing!!!!
Moultrie Game Spy I-60Jul 13, 2010 I bought this as a gift for my husband. We are impressed with how easy this product is to use, how clear the pictures are and transferring the pictures to our computer is a breeze. I would buy it again

Bad technical support, no warranty honoredJun 30, 2010 My Moultrie game camera failed the second time it was used. It was still under warranty. I reported to Moultrie and received no response. I reminded them near (but before) the end of the warranty period and they apologized, explaining that they had mislaid my earlier request for help. I followed the instructions they provided and found that indeed the unit would need their repair, but when I contacted them, they refused to help because by this time, the warranty had elapsed. I am pursuing complaints through the State Attorneys General of Ohio and Alabama and am considering a claim in court. Upon looking for help I noticed other reviews by consumers that had warranty problems with Moultrie.

Great pics, short lifeMar 28, 2010 I've had the I-60 for two and a half years now, and it's just about to die for the third time. This camera takes high quality photos and has some very nice features like an electronic lock code, but the main LCD display has gone out twice, and now is going out for the third time. Note that I'm not referring to the LCD picture viewer, which is so small as to be totally useless, but the the LCD main display that you use to unlock the camera and change modes or settings. Each time it has gone out the display has started disappearing from the top down, and once it get's to the halfway point you can no longer guess at what it's indicating. The camera has been back to Moultrie twice previously, and each time they replaced the display and turned the camera around in about a month, but I'm not willing to send it back again, so this time it'll go in the trash. If it wasn't for this one fatal and recurring issue, it'd be a good camera.
